We must cleanse any past trauma (childhood, relationship or self-worth); if we don't, this energy remains a blockage within our spiritual body and will block new opportunities and experiences from entering fully.
Sometimes, the energy doesn't come from us; we may be around negativity or others wishing us ill.
Some cultures may recognise this ritual as a "removal of the evil eye."

Why Take Part in This Ritual
We carry energy that doesn't serve us, which may cause stagnation. By participating in this ritual, you will feel lighter, and happier and any energetic blockages will be removed. Therefore new and positive opportunities will come to you easier, and you will recognise them more clearly.
How Do You Know If You Have Stagnant Energy?
- Do you ever feel that the right “partners” or even friends are not coming through to you?
- Or perhaps you are being overlooked for a work opportunity?
- Perhaps you are finding that you lack focus and, in turn, are accident-prone.
- Or worst of all, do you keep catching bugs and illnesses and/or are low in energy?
Recommendation
I recommend doing energy cleanses quarterly in conjunction with your salt cleanses in the home (please refer to the Salt Cleanse post on my Instagram @Danya_Clairvoyant).
Can I Nominate Someone Else For This Ritual
You can nominate yourself, your spouse (you must live together) or a direct blood relative (parent, child or sibling) for this ritual.
This Ritual is NOT Recommended during pregnancy or for children under the age of 15 - a salt cleanse is preferred to honour their gentle energy.

If you register to participate in this ritual with me, you can sit back and relax; nothing further is required from you.
Ritual Process
- I will write the participants' name and date of birth on a piece of paper.
- I will run the paper on top (not touching) of a white candle flame so that the smoke 'washes' through the paper.
- I will then place the paper in a bowl and cover the paper in salt, storing this overnight.
- The next day I will place the bowl in the middle of four white candles and say the following chant:
"I protect (name) and their loved ones; I ask that white light enter (name) being expelling all energy that is not authentic to them, all energy that does not belong with their being to be removed.
The removal of this energy is to be replaced with white light, compassion, love and happiness.
The white light energy is to engulf their being, and no negativity shall be able to penetrate. (Name) feels strong, supported and calm.
I protect (name) and their loved ones."
- I will then add more salt to the existing salt in the bowl and cover this overnight.
- The following day, I will release the papers with the names into the Ocean* while repeating the above chant.
*The Ocean (saltwater) represents a full-being cleanse.
- I will email each participant confirming that the cleanse was complete.
